Trenchless technology
When open cut trenching is not a feasible option, trenchless technology could be a good option to facilitate the installation of your projects’ pre-insulated pipes.
Trenchless technology is when pre-insulated pipes are installed utilizing a directional drilling, thrust-bore or pipe-jacking. All three of these methods facilitate the installation of pre-insulated pipe without the need to open cut trenches, making it a good option when open cut trenching is not feasible.
Depending on the application and method there is almost no limit to the pipe size that can be installed utilizing one of these methods. As with most methods, a suitably sized area is needed to facilitate the method of installation.
