isoflex

isoplus’ pre-insulated isoflex pipe is a bonded pipe system, perfectly suited for branch lines in district heating systems operating at high temperatures and pressures.

isoflex pipes consist of a steel carrier pipe and a robust LLDPE jacket pipe bonded into a fixed sandwich structure with flexible polyurethane insulation. The flexible insulation and the LLDPE jacket pipe provide maximum flexibility ensuring fast and easy installation. Delivery in lengths up to 100 m makes installation of branch lines easy and eliminate unnecessary waste of material.

isoflex pipes are provided with aluminium diffusion barriers between jacket pipe and polyurethane foam.

This ensures optimal insulation and low heat loss throughout the service life of the system and lambda values as low as 0.0225 W/m°C.
